Music tours in Costa Dorada
Resorts and beaches line this famous yet unspoilt Golden Coast known for its calm, shallow waters.
From Barcelona to the south of Tarragona lies this virtually unspoilt area. With a total coastline of 216 kilometres along the Costa Dorada this beautiful region suits its name well, with its long stretches of golden beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters.
Between the coast and the mountains you will find peaceful villages and farms surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, almonds and market gardens.
Many of the towns on the Costa Dorada are built around a castle or fortress and most are small, traditional and not overdeveloped with tourism. During a concert tour to this area you are bound to receive a friendly and enthusiastic welcome, wonderful weather, food and wine and fabulous concert venues.
Highlights are the elegant Roman city of Tarragona, majestically sited on a rocky outcrop rising sheer about the sea, the Monastery of Montserrat and of course the capital city of Catalonia, the vibrant city of Barcelona.
