Travelling north are the dramatic landscapes of the Costa del Maresme with small coves and ports and the resort of Malgrat de Mar with over 4 kilometres of white sand beaches, the historic walled city of Girona and the hilltop medieval town of Pals.
Unlike any other cathedral in the world, the Sagrada Familia is simply mind-blowing. The nativity facade and the architecture of the building created by Gaudi is an amazing piece of art.

Unesco-listed Park Güell is where Gaudí turned his hand to landscape gardening. It’s a strange, enchanting place where his passion for natural forms really took flight and the artificial almost seems more natural than the natural.
Soar above the city and enjoy stunning views from the Montjuic cable car and hill.
No shortage of fun here and a wonderfully refreshing splash about in Caribe Aquatic park is the perfect complement to the cultural city of Barcelona.
Just 35km southwest of Barcelona, Sitges sizzles with beach life, and a packed summer festival calendar. A resort town since the 19th century, Sitges was a key location for the Modernisme movement paving the way for the likes of Picasso.
