Planning a music tour is great fun, but also a responsibility. Our relationships with ABTA and CAA mean that you do not need to worry about the financial security of your trip.

How Gower Tours gives you financial peace of mind

Gower Tours provides an annual bond to The Association of British Travel Agents (A.B.T.A.) and is regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority (C.A.A.).

The purpose of these guarantees is that in the unlikely event of the failure of Gower Tours, then any monies that you have paid to Gower in advance of your holiday will be refunded by either A.B.T.A. or the C.A.A.

In addition if you have already departed on your holiday and Gower Tours fails whilst you are in resort, it is the responsibility of A.B.T.A. or the C.A.A. to repatriate your group to your country of origin.

How do you know if A.B.T.A or C.A.A covers your holiday?

• If you are based in the U.K. and your holiday involves a flight that has been booked on your behalf by Gower Tours Ltd. then your holiday is covered by our C.A.A. bond. All the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. Please see our booking conditions for further information or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate

• If you have booked the flight yourself or your holiday is undertaken by coach and by ferry then your holiday is covered by our A.B.T.A. bond.

• Overseas customers are also covered by our A.B.T.A. bond whether or not their flight has been booked by Gower Tours Ltd.
