Go to our Contact Us page and either call, email or complete the brief form with your basic music trip requirements.

Receive a Quote from Gower Music International
We will then supply you with a quote for the resort(s) for which you would like a price. At this stage no beds in your accommodation will be held for you. If you like our quote. . . . . .

Make a Provisional Reservation for Your Music Tour
Contact us to take out a provisional reservation. We will then check that the beds in your preferred resort and accommodation are available and we will reserve them on your behalf. We will then make you a provisional offer and you will have 1 month to launch your music tour to the group members and confirm your booking.

Making Your Music Tour Booking
To confirm your booking:-

• Return your completed booking form

• For a coach trip, send a cheque for £75.00 per person or complete a bank to bank transfer

• For a flight trip, the deposit is £135.00 per person

We will then send you your Booking Confirmation

Further Deposit and Final Payment for your Music Tour

• A further deposit of £100.00 per person for a coach tour or £135.00 per person for a flight tour is payable two months after booking

• The Final Balance is due 10 weeks before departure
