Sample Itinerary 2

In the following itinerary we have combined 3 night stays in four different destinations, that are located within a day’s coach drive of each other.

You can alter the length of the tour; include other destinations and or change the order of the resorts to suit.

Remember that this is only a “sample” itinerary

 

DAY ONE - London

  • Arrive at London airport, meet your tour manager and onward transfer to your hotel by coach
  • Arrival at your hotel
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY TWO - London

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Full day excursions in London. Guided coach and walking tour using an open top bus. Sights include the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, Westmister Abbey and The Houses of Parliament, St. Pauls Cathedral and a river boat trip on the Thames
  • Evening meal at your hotel
  • Evening performance of one of the many shows in the West End

 

DAY THREE - London

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Further excursions plus…..
  • Lunchtime concert in Southwark Cathedral or
  • Afternoon performance at the bandstand in Hyde Park or
  • Evening band or orchestral concert at Roehampton University
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY FOUR - Stratford on Avon

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Depart by coach for Stratford on Avon
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY FIVE - Stratford on Avon

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Open top bus tour of the town and the outlying attractions of Ann Hathaway’s Cottage and mAry Arden’s House. Visit to the Shakespeare Museum and other Shakespeare houses in Stratford on Avon.
  • Afternoon performance on the bandstand opposite the Royal Shakespeare Theatre or on the lawns in front of the Theatre or
  • Evening performance in Holy Trinity Church (where Shakespeare is buried)
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY SIX - Stratford on Avon

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Visit to Warwick Castle, one of England’s most important Castles
  • Evening meal at your hotel
  • Attend and performance of Shakespeare at The Shakespeare Theatre

 

DAY SEVEN – Cork, Ireland

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Depart by coach for Fishguard and the ferry to Ireland
  • Evening meal at your hotel in Cork

 

DAY EIGHT – Cork, Ireland  

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Visit the Cork City Gaol to find out what it was like for prisoners in the 19th Century or the Cork Vision Centre to explore Cork’s evolution through past and present and onwards to the future
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY NINE – Cork, Ireland

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Outside Cork, take in the Cobh Heritage Centre and witness the multimedia story of 2.5 million people that left Ireland from Cobh. This was also one of the calling points of the Titanic and you can’t miss the famous Blarney Stone at the Blarney Castle Estate
  • Evening meal at your hotel
  • Evening concert at the Town Hall in Skibereen, West Cork or
  • Evening concert at the Sacred Heart Church in Castletown Bere

 

DAY TEN – Dublin, Ireland

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Depart by coach for Dublin including a detour across the beautiful Wicklow Mountains
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY ELEVEN – Dublin, Ireland

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Sights in Dublin include Dublin Castle, Trinity College and Christchurch Cathedral. Take in the Dublin Writers Museum where the works of Shaw and Joyce can be found.
  • Afternoon performance for bands in Phoenix Park or
  • Evening concert at St. Patrick’s or St. Canice’s Cathedral
  • Evening meal at your hotel

 

DAY TWELVE – Dublin, Ireland

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Drive out of Dublin to the beautiful coastal town of  Dun Laoghaire or visit the Fingal Arts Centre in Rush  or take a tour of the Guiness Storehouse
  • Evening meal at your hotel
  • Evening out taking in Traditional Irish dancing and music

 

DAY THIRTEEN       

  • Breakfast at your hotel
  • Depart by coach for Dublin airport and depart for home
