We understand the workload involved towards organizing a tour, and pride ourselves on trying to do as much as we can for you.  There are a number of ways we can assist you in advertising the tour.  We can provide a tailor-made letter to the parents or members of the musical group; supply payment cards for each group member, and provide a PowerPoint presentation to run at information/parents’ evening, should you wish to hold one to promote the tour.
