We understand the workload involved towards organising a tour, and pride ourselves on trying to do as much as we can for you.  There are a number of ways we can assist you in initially advertising the tour.  We can provide a tailor-made letter to the parents/group members, supply payment cards for each group member and even a Powerpoint presentation to run at a parents’ evening or group meeting, should you wish to hold one to promote the tour.
