Stage By Stage Guide to Booking Your Tour.

STAGE 1
Get in touch with your requirements and we will prepare a tailor-made quotation for you, which we aim to reach you within 48 hours.

STAGE 2

Once we meet with your groups’ requirements and you would like to book a tour, a provisional contract, outlining your tour specifications, will be sent to you, along with a booking form.

STAGE 3

Upon receipt of your provisional contract you will have four weeks in order to collect your first deposits of £50.00 per person for a coach tour, or £110.00 per person for a flight tour. The booking form must be returned, together with your deposits, as this covers all group members against cancellation, thus securing your accommodation and transport.

STAGE 4

Eight weeks after booking a further deposit of £60.00 per person for a coach tour, £120.00 per person for a flight tour, will be required.

STAGE 5

The final balance of your tour will be payable ten weeks before departure.

STAGE 6

We aim to send you your final itinerary and tour documents four weeks before departure.

Throughout this period we will be in constant contact with you to ensure the exact requirements of your group are being met, in order to arrange a successful music tour!
