Music Trip Emergencies and Tour Support

 

There is a 24 hour number on which you can contact a senior member of Gower staff in the event of an emergency. That number is 07714 14 7891.

Please note that this is for emergencies only. We would also request that should your school/music group experience an incident that parents use the school's/music group's main home contact telephone tree for information and do not contact this emergency number as it will be in use for liaison to the group in resort and the designated emergency contact at the school/music group.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for non-essential issues

For matters that arise en-route please contact our 24 hour emergency number and we will work closely with you and the coach company to provide timely assistance or in the worst case hire other means of transport to get you to your destination or return you to the U.K.
